The National American Legion was born on March 17th 1919, and our Edgar M Boyd post 37 in Williston, was chartered by local returning WWI service members in Oct 1920. Each year, we celebrate our post birthday along with the National birthday by handing out awards to our coveted civil servants who have dedicated their lives  to protecting us at home.

Come out to the New Armory to help us celebrate 101 years of American Legion’s existence and the 100 years of our posts service to the community! We will also be awarding the Person Of The Year for EMS, City Volunteer Firefighter, Rural Firefighter, Williston Police Department, and the Williams County Sheriffs Department!

There will be a cash bar during the event, and DJ D-Jaden will be playing everyone’s favorite hits! We hope to see you at Post 37 for a night of laughter, camaraderie, and fellowship!
